Nordic Sushi Cup The inaugural Nordic Sushi Cup, the first championship for the best sushi chefs in the Nordics was hosted during SMAK 2020 in March 2020, Lillestrøm, Norway.

In 2022 the competition will be hosted in April.

The intensive 3 day competition will be held on the 18th–20th of March 2025 at the UMAMI Arena trade fair in Lillestrøm, Norway. Elite judges will choose the winner who qualifies for the World Cup in Japan!
