Yes, the halibut was something else. Yes, the sustainable element and food from around the house (and area) is super appealing. But, it is all about the "sauces". The one for the scallop, and the one for the langoustine, topped our list. But I could go on.

Kvitnes is perhaps not just down the road from where you are living, but it is definitely worth going out of your way for.

Noe, the oatmeal for breakfast awaits. Alone worth the trip.

Was not gonna post until the main event, which is tonight, but any evening that ends in a long dialogue on turnip is worth telling the world about.

So, when at Kvitnes Gård, in addition to "the dinner", have the turnip at Spiseriet.
