Happy New Year friends,

We are starting the year off with a brand new style for us. We’ve brought our good friends at Crow Bryggeri back to the brewhouse to help us put together a contemporary wheat beer. We utilized Citra and Freestyle Motueka hops in multiple stages before fermenting it with a blend of Belgian yeast strains.

Hey friends,
•
We’re thrilled to unveil Høst , our collaboration with Oslo’s legendary Høstsabbat festival. As longtime devotees of Høstsabbat, we couldn’t resist conjuring up a Beer together. Høst is a rich, malt-forward lager with a crisp edge, inspired by the timeless Vienna lagers of old Germany. Brewed with the finest German pilsner and Vienna malts, and carefully layered with Hallertau Mittelfrüh hops, this one has been cold-lagered in shadow for six weeks and naturally carbonated. Look for it this weekend at the festival and in hidden spots around Oslo 🍁

This one was brewed with copious amounts of oats and dry hopped in three stages exclusively with Nectaron and Nelson Sauvin hops. Huge tropical drips with pithy grapefruit rind and orange marmalade. These hops are truly exceptional when used together in this method of dry hopping ⚡️
