Om meg!

Fokuset mitt er på ren og næringsrik mat laget fra bunnen av, som både smaker godt og er oppbyggende for kroppen. Jeg har i tillegg en stor interesse for hvordan kroppen fungerer og hvordan mat kan brukes som medisin. Videre er jeg opptatt av miljøet og prøver å bli en mer bevisst forbruker og på hvilket fotavtrykk jeg etterlater meg på moder jord.
