Am I millenial enough to keep making my avocado and egg toast at home? IDK but maybe i am going to find out. This has been my hyperfixation meal for a while and i am not yet bored of it!!! what a surprise?!
made some toast bread with creamcheese spread, topped with sliced avocadoes and fried egg with a nice soft caramalised yolk inside! (maybe they call it that idk😂)

One thing for sure in norwegian winters i have seen is the wonderful Vinterland in Oslo. There is so much happening stalls with traditional food and wool to buy and much fun things to do for all aged crowds. I tried this little mini pancakes stall and it was so good ❤️😭

A Bangladeshi home will always have kids demanding the potato and chicken curry madness. Its a favourite among all those tiny kids that always said i dont want fish give me something else haha. I made a whole chicken into a curry with potatoes and lots of gravy, my uncle said it tasted like my granmother’s and I proudly present, bangladeshi chicken curry, made with love and care with a sprinkle of coriander leaves on top❤️

I genuinely enjoy cooking! Today we made a traditional Bangladeshi style fish curry, with winter vegetables. Cauliflower, potatoes with Shrimps, in a light curry gravy. I assure you this is not soup.

I love fish more than anything else, today’s cooking we have Pangasus Fish in a tomatoey curry with potatoes, Bangladeshi style.
Whenever I wanted any fish curry i would ask my mother to out more tomatoes as i love tomatoes in everything kind of haha. so i would crave this almost always. I would call it potato tomato jhol(curry).

It was quite nice trying the at bjørvika in Oslo! their Birdie Num Num burger has been absolutely amazing! and the salad Rocket man was also delicious and so filling! in love with their aioli and fries! the texture was nice and super fresh!

This was a fun experience at the in Oslo. The first dish is Seafood ramen pasta, and the second is the Vegan Tofu noodles. Both were outstanding!! Dont be fooled at the portion size, the big plates make it look small but it was way too much for one person haha PERFECT!

I was looking for an affordable yet full meal around Oslo and came accross in grünnerløkka Oslo. Hands down this was so good and the size of the burger was quite big for a mini burger. this was their 120NOK Mini burger that came with a fries and a drink of choice. Very filling and so good! I think i found my go to burger place !!
