A bit of Italy 🇮🇹

08/06/2026

While I'm working on restart my business from scratch here in Australia, I'm also taking the opportunity to explore this incredible country and everything it has to offer.

One thing I've brought with me from our years in Norway is the habit of spending time outdoors, exploring nature and wildlife whenever possible. Being in the forest is good for both the mind and the body, and yesterday's hike in the Perth Hills was exactly what I needed.

And because some traditions should never be lost, we finished the day the Italian way: homemade pizza cooked in our wood-fired oven, just as Sunday evenings should be. 🍕❤️

This is the side of life I'll be sharing here too — food, nature, family, adventures, and the journey of building a new life abroad.

🇮🇹 Italian heart 🇳🇴 Inspired by Norway 🇦🇺 Living in Australia

After 3 amazing years in Norway, I’m starting a new chapter here, bringing my Italian cuisine with me as a private chef and cooking school 🍝🌿

The next weeks will be all about exploring, sourcing great local and Italian ingredients, and getting ready to be back in the kitchen very soon.
