🌱 Join me for a guided spring walk in search of edible wild plants.

🌱 You’ll be surprised by how much edible food we can forage in nature during May. From May through to October, I never buy salad. Everything I need in the way of fresh green leaves and delicate flowers can be found in the wild 💚

🌱 The walk takes place on Wednesday 20 May 2026 from 6pm to 8pm at Tungenes in Randaberg. We’ll follow walking paths and easy terrain, and of course we’ll stop by Tungenes Lighthouse. I’ll also bring along something wild and exciting for you to taste 😋

📗🎉 What a wonderful evening celebrating the launch of the book Spiselige ville planter. A special thank you to Kasper Steinsland Asmervik from Randaberg Kulturskole, who created a lovely atmosphere with the song “The Long and Winding Road” by The Beatles; to the talented Susanne Todnem, who interviewed me on stage (and made this video); and to publishing editor Jorunn Sandsmark at Kagge, who travelled all the way from Oslo and gave a delightful speech. Finally, thanks to Ellen Rygg and Kultur L1 for providing the perfect setting for the event.

📗 If you weren’t able to attend the book launch, do drop by and see me at the Vårmarken in Randaberg on Saturday 25 April. You’ll find me in the large tent in the town square. There will be book signings, copies available for purchase, and tastings of wild flavours 😋🌿
