Are you passionate about creating extraordinary pastries, cakes, and breads? Bakermom's Bakery and Confectionery is looking for a talented and experienced Head Chef to lead our kitchen team in Bouddha! 🧑‍🍳✨

What you will do:

Lead the daily production of our signature baked goods and confectionery items.

Design and introduce new, innovative menu items and custom cake designs.

Manage, train, and inspire our kitchen staff.

Ensure top-notch quality control, hygiene, and food safety standards.

Oversee ingredient inventory and kitchen supplies.

What we are looking for:

Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Baker in a commercial setting.

Expertise in cake artistry, pastry creation, and bread baking.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Role: Creative Cake Artist (सिर्जनशील केक कलाकार)

Duty Hours: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM (बिहान ९ - बेलुका ७ बजे)
