Crispy, cheesy, sweet… and absolutely irresistible! 🤤

Kunafa is a Middle Eastern dessert made with delicate shredded pastry, a rich creamy/cheesy filling, and a generous drizzle of sweet syrup, usually finished with pistachios. 💚

That contrast of crispy golden layers with the soft, gooey centre is what makes every bite so satisfying! 😍

Have you tried Kunafa before? 👀

But while the flavors were amazing, the texture was a bit dry here. A point to improve.
