Thyme Hill Vineyard is a boutique vineyard growing Merlot in the heart of Central Otago in New Zealand. The vineyard has an authentic character in being the only vineyard in the region to grow Merlot and to produce a 100% Merlot and a Merlot Rosé under the label Thyme Hill. Current owner Inge Diks has owned the vineyard since 2011, she has improved and developed the vineyard in the last ten years

and is now welcoming winetasters to the homestead on the vineyard to experience a cool climate 100% Merlot.
