Judging the worlds best beef will certainly enable me to compare what we are delivering here in NZ and help me to ensure what I am selling is on the same level.
This will mean continuing my supply of quality premium cuts, and validating my aging process, to bring Central Otago the best steaks I can.

🥶 it’s been a chilly week, we need to wrap up like pigs in blankets 😊

Tomorrow, August 7th, we have pigged out on the roast pork specials.
Boneless leg roasts $20/kg, hocks $16.95/kg, shoulder roasts boneless $25/kg and skinless topside wrapped in bacon $25/kg. Stocks are limited.
Also cross cut blade for those yummy casseroles only$23.50/kg. And we only stock

Silence the lambs! This is baaaabaric! We’ve got chilled lamb legs at only $24.50/kg and bone in lamb shoulder for only $20/kg! AND if you buy one of these you can get a can of Rum and Que Homegrown rub to put on before you cook for only $6! That’s a woolly good deal!
