For the long weekend we have a Lamborghini of a deal! Pure South Lamb loin chops for the weekend BBQ at only $30/kg.

If you need some seasoning we have cans of Shandy, a light rub that will season the chops well.

Super excited to be doing this!

Judging the worlds best beef will certainly enable me to compare what we are delivering here in NZ and help me to ensure what I am selling is on the same level.
This will mean continuing my supply of quality premium cuts, and validating my aging process, to bring Central Otago the best steaks I can.
