It was a cold and wet day today, so a perfect chance to test the sprinklers for frost fighting and any cold nights we might have 🥶🥶 All bees were well and truly tucked up in their hives keeping warm....... they can come out on a warm day now and know that they aren't going to get wet!

What a stunning day to be picking what’s nearly the last of the fruit on the orchard 🌿🪻🌞
Blackboy peaches are an incredible old fashioned peach with a rich flavour. Try them fresh, roasted in a salad with halloumi, in a relish, jam, bottled or stewed 💜🖤💜
Talk about versatile and they taste amazing!

😋 PEACHES golden clingstone peaches - Dig This which is a early season Golden Queen
🤩 PLUMS All go on this front! Black Doris, old fashioned Omega and the sweet yellow flesh Luisa. Plus Damson plums for gin, jam and jellies - yum!
😎 PEACHARINES The sweet as cross between nectarines and peaches. This is one that everyone looks forward to.
