Posting 2 child's guernsey jumpers off to a very happy customer giving a Christmas gift to Grandsons. Handspun Romney, handknitted NZ 100% Wool. Off to Finland , this year so much of my knitting has gone overseas - Sweden, Norway, UK, Germany, USA , the real surprise has been how many have gone to Australia. Do pop in to have a browse in the Gracebrook Wool Shop - there is so much more than just a ball of wool.

WHAT Christmas is next week .. how did that happen? I am not ready. Remember we have some last minute gifts available in the shop . Today we helped a customer looking for something for their Mystery Santa - well if you can guess what it was we will give you a jar of honey. It's Christmas. It may pay to call in and see what we have - open everyday 9 - 4pm until Christmas Eve - will be closed Christmas Day. Merry Christmas everyone. God Bless you one and all.

Hydrangeas are just starting to flower, a good selection available, mop heads, lacecaps, popcorn, oakleaf, limelight, bridal bouquet, reds, pinks, whites and blue. Come and check us out plenty of hydrangea to chose from.

some hand spun hand knitted pure NZ wool jumpers for adults and children available, remember we also knit to order , this example is a romney fleece spun as per photo and knitted into a jumper, the recipient wanted alpaca bands so we were able to oblige and it came together rather well ..

Hosta, Hosta, hosta, they are all looking so fabulous at this time of year and yes we do have peastraw available and yes there is still some of the vineyard netting (2nd hand) available 50m $50 , come on down.
