Winter Spritz
🍋‍🟩
45ml Vodka
15ml Makrut lime syrup
30ml Blanco Vermouth
60ml Soda
Then top with Prosecco. 👌
🍃
For the syrup simply add 2parts white sugar to 1part water in a pot with 2x chopped Makrut leaves, simmer until dissolved.
Let cool & strain.

Reduced mulled wine syrup using Parched mulled wine kit & sugar. 1part sugar 2parts mulled wine.
🍷
60ml Mulled Wine Syrup
30ml Lemon
30ml Navy Strength London dry gin
The whites of one egg
Shake all ingredients (dry shake) then (wet shake) and pour into your favourite coupe, garnish with Parched Orange & enjoy.
