Spring in New Zealand means longer days, changing routines and, for many of us, a little more time outdoors.

Lavender — contains aromatic compounds such as linalool, which have been studied for their calming properties.

Rose buds — naturally contain polyphenols and aromatic compounds, making them a beautiful addition to a gentle spring wellness ritual.

Chamomile — contains apigenin, a plant compound that has been researched for its interaction with receptors involved in relaxation.

Three flowers. Three different plant profiles. One simple way to welcome spring a warm cup of herbal tea.

Which one would you reach for this September?
