If you are NEW to the world of NFT then let’s start with the basics first, what is NFT?

NFTs are the latest worldwide phenomenon transforming the marketplaces, and are gaining arguably more attention than cryptocurrencies. In essence, NFT represents a unique token (an art or other digital item), that is a non-interchangeable unit of data stored on a digital ledger. NFTs can be used to represent easily reproducible items such as photos, videos, audio, and other types of digital files as unique items, and use blockchain technology to establish a verified and public proof of ownership.

Well, we at Natural Abundance decided to enter the NFT market, by combining the best of two worlds (digital and physical). After many months of planning and strategizing, we are super excited to announce that we are launching World’s first packaging with rare non-fungible art printed.

So why is it so significant? And what’s in for you?

NFTs allow people to buy and sell ownership of unique digital items and keep track of who owns them using blockchain technology, but we are bringing them to physical world. If you end up holding one of these packages you will be holding a World’s first NFT based physical packet with part of the art minted on the blockchain.


Ok, got it. So what is the meaning behind the art?

Very good question! We wanted this piece, our first NFT to to be super special, something bigger than us and Natural Abundance. We wanted this to reflect true New Zealand; New Zealand that reflects and portrays strong innovation and an attitude of punching above its weight globally. The answer was rather simple, we decided to dedicate this first piece of NFT to New Zealand in “Made in New Zealand” word.

Recipe alert - Cookie dough parfait

Healthy chickpea protein cookie dough! With a seed base and chocolate sauce topping, say no more 😍

Ingredients:
For the base-
1 cup of sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, chopped almonds
3 crushes natural abundance h**p & almond crackers
1/4 cup coconut flour
1/2 cup of nut butter
1/2 cup of liquid sweetener

Cookie dough layer-
1 can of chickpeas drained and rinsed
1/2 almond flour
1/4 cup protein powder or oat flour
1/4 cup of almond milk
1/2 cup nut butter
1/2 cup honey (or vegan honey)
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
Pinch of salt
Mini chocolate chips (vegan if possible)

Chocolate sauce layer-
1 cup of cocoa powder
1/2 cup of coconut oil melted
1/4 cup almond milk

Apple Crumble Brekkie Bars 🎉

Over the past year we have been working head down on our new product and after hundreds of tests and failures we are finally ready to reveal our creation.

The healthiest and the most delicious breakfast bars you could possibly find!

Natural Abundance has been all about healthy, delicious, vegan, gluten-free and nutritious products.

This time we wanted to outperform ourselvesto create a nutritious bomb filled with prebiotic and probiotics for gut health, vitamin C from apples, protein and monounsaturated fats from almonds and soluble and insoluble fibre from flaxseeds.

Why Breakfast Bars?
It is fair to say that the best ideas come to you when you are struggling! As business owners with never enough time to eat breakfast, we struggled to find a perfect and healthy breakfast; breakfast that would be balanced, nutritious, plant based and gluten-free.

The one that you can have on the go or while planning out your day and sipping on your morning coffee. We have tried myriads of options!

1. Protein bars didn't work for us, as they are either too sweet or not balanced nutritionally with low fibre and additives, nor they are vegan or gluten free.
2. Granolas or muesli weren't an option either for our busy lifestyle, to be honest we were even eating granola out of the bag, because there was no milk or bowl in the office XD

So lets say we gave breakfast options a good try!

This is why we decided to take on the challenge of transforming our current crackers into a healthy breakfast version!

Our Apple Crumble bars are nutritionally balanced, gluten-free and vegan and they are amazingly delicious! On top we fortified them with probiotics to take a good care of your gut.
