Have you got people eating you out of peanut butter. Expensive!!! Don’t worry, I make mine in my Thermomix. So cheap and easy. Have you tried it??? I dry roasted natural peanuts in the air fryer then let them cool down. Keep the skins on they’re full of goodness. Control the salt yourself. Follow the Cookidoo recipe. Works a treat

my favourite weekly make is the Broccoli salad and most of it is eaten but I wanted something warm for lunch today.
All I did was add 1 egg, beat in a small jug then stir in my salad. Salt and pepper and cheese optional. Here it is served with a dollop of Muharama dip. Yum!!
