Move through to the Blending Rooms to taste our flavour library; the same components we use across our range. Experiment. Blend. Bottle. Take it home. Bookings open June 1st. ⁠

We're building what we believe to be Leith's first purpose-built, dedicated wh**ky blending facility in over a century. Two floors. Bonded warehouse. Blending lab. Tasting room. Bar. End-to-end production under one roof.⁠

Leith was once the beating heart of the wh**ky industry. Over time, blending in Scotland has become something hidden behind closed doors. We're opening that process back up, right here on the shore, with the announcement of the Blending Rooms the first step.⁠

None of this would be possible without the vision of gunnar_gras who invited us to become part of the .leith creative ecosystem. We couldn't be more excited to be working with , the Browns of Leith team as well as .shore to bring these plans to life.

How a coffee-stained wh**ky sample became the World's Best Flavoured Wh**ky.

WXC started by accident in 2021. A late morning sample of wh**ky got tasted in a glass that still had coffee in it. We joked it was delicious. A year later, we made it real with as a deliciois rough sketch.

A year of R+d followed with . Wh**ky world intrigued. Coffee world obsessed. Then the World Wh**ky Awards.
Scotland round -crowned categoy winner. surreal surprise. illegal?
World finals: World’s Best Flavoured Wh**ky. Insane.

We don’t really know what to say.
This is the story of two like minded companies in very different fields. Throw away the playbook and focus on flavour. Two communities. One idea: just make it delicious.
Massive shout out to who live true to their value; Collaboration is the route to creativity. WXC is the proof. Thanks to everyone involved along the way.

It takes a village.

Last week, Auckland's hosted us for an evening with the refreshed core range. Being hosted in NZ's most exciting new bar set a high bar for the tasting. Thanks JC — the hospitality was something else.

We couldn't be more excited to be partnering with the crew who know their whiskies and seem to know everyone who drinks wh**ky in NZ! (What else would you expect from a couple of wh**ky loving Scots?)

and hosted the night. We talked, sipped, highballed. No agenda. Just good conversation, tasty highballs and drams a plenty. Thanks Tash for your generosity and kindness!

Being in a room full of curious and passionate people, all connecting over wh**ky, reminds us what it's all about.
