Sorry to all my regulars from New Zealand at Smales Farm, unfortunately the market is canceled tomorrow due to bad weather. You can still buy your favourite Kimchi from my website. Slow cook pork with Kimchi. So simple and yummy! All you need to do in the morning put pork shoulder with Kimchi in a slow cooker. When you get back home, dinner is ready.

Kimchi making day!! Washing 50 brined cabbages few times till water is clean. My farmer said beetroot and carrot so small due to Cold weather. No worry for our fermented tonic.

Simple brunch idea!! Kimchi pancake with fried egg.
You can buy Kimchi pancake premix from our website, and just mix Kimchi sauce with our GF flour mix. So yummy! Oh I might add avocado as well
