What a beautiful colour of the caviar limes. The colour intensified when you slice them open and leave it on the bench overnight :)

To our beautiful community,

We've seen your comments and messages, and we just want to say — we hear you, and your support truly means everything to us.

We won't lie — some of the comments have been hurtful and honestly a little unfair. We are real people with real feelings, and we care deeply about what we do. The truth is, we cannot please everyone no matter how hard we try, and that's a difficult thing to sit with when your heart is fully in it.

Missing out is never a nice feeling and we completely understand that. But behind every order are real people who woke up early, worked on their feet for hours, and poured their hearts into getting your fruit to you as fresh and carefully packed as possible.

Today was no small feat. Everything sold out in just 7 minutes, which meant our team were immediately under pressure to fulfil approximately 1,400 units of tropical fruit as quickly as possible — all picked, graded, packed and delivered to the depot entirely by hand within 4-5 hours. Getting fresh perishable fruit out fast and packed safely is not easy, and our team gave absolutely everything they had today.

We don't run a massive operation and we don't have fancy machines — everything we do is by hand. We are also proud to grow our fruit free from nasty chemical sprays because we care about what we put out into the world and what ends up on your table. And honestly? We love it that way. What started as a simple love of growing plants; a hobby — somehow grew into something much bigger than we ever imagined. We are still learning to manage the demand and we are doing our best every single day.

Because our fruit is fresh and perishable, a small number of orders did need to be adjusted due to transit damage. This added more pressure to the team today. We're sorry for any inconvenience and we truly appreciate your patience and understanding.

We are so sorry to those who missed out, and we are so deeply grateful for your support and loyalty over the years. It truly means the world to us.

Yours truly,

R.
xx
