Brewed for the Rare Beer Challenge 2026!

​We wanted to brew the most authentic Sake Lager possible - merging traditional sake brewing techniques with the crisp profile of our classic Rice Lager. Our goal was a dry, clean finish paired with an extra soft, rounded mouthfeel and delicate sake aromas.

​A very special thank you to David from for his amazing Koji & support and to Ewen from for keeping the Rare Beer Challenge going!

​Late last year, we sponsored a national homebrew competition with a prize we would’ve killed for back in our homebrewing days: the chance to brew the winning recipe at scale, in our brewery.

​Jim’s 'Longest Daisy' Hazy took home the gold, so we invited him into the brewery to turn that winning recipe into a reality.

Two years old! Honestly, looking back, we can hardly believe we’ve made it this far. It feels like yesterday we were just brewing in a garage, and now here we are, and still pouring.

​We wouldn’t be standing here without the massive support from our incredible team, our friends, family, and this amazing community.
