Extremely privileged to have been given the chance to work with Mamakan and Velskov as they entertained a group of highly experienced international chefs.
Velskov provide a unique Kiwi food experience and we supported by supplying our native oyster mushrooms and our native Pekepeke-Kiore mushrooms to this feast.
