Dinner at last week was a dream✨
If you’re heading there, you HAVE to order the Oyster Mushroom pizza. It’s loaded with our fresh mushrooms, mozzarella, parsley butter, and pecorino. Seriously delicious🍕🤤
We 100% recommend checking them out! The food is amazing, the vibes are 10/10, and the wood-fired magic they do is next level.

We started these tours because people kept asking us “but how does it actually work?” And honestly? The best way to answer that is to show you.
Come spend a couple of hours with us at the farm. We’ll walk you through the growing rooms, share the story behind what we do, and send you home with fresh mushrooms in hand.

Introducing our newest strain — Snow White Mushrooms 🤍✨
Our first trial run and safe to say… she understood the assignment. Beautiful texture, delicate flavour, and an earthy nuttiness with subtle hints of sweetness and umami.
