Advieh with Gareth Stewart & Robin Wagner

This one-off event is a collaboration between one of Auckland's most celebrated chefs, Gareth Stewart from Advieh Restaurant , and Robin Wagner, the Executive Chef of Adelaide's award-winning Aurora Restaurant.

Robin is renowned for his Immersive Light & Art (ILA) dining experience, multi-sensory events that fuse visual art, sound, and fine cuisine to create unforgettable moments. He brings his fine dining expertise from Michelin-star restaurants in Germany and hatted spots in Australia.

Bold flavours, elevated technique, and a deep sense of place are at the heart of their menu, served in a lively atmosphere.

What an afternoon at our Tacoteca Masa Class yesterday! 🌮 The restaurant was blasting some Spanish beats and guests were served a mouthwatering four-course menu in-between a Show & Tell of iconic Mexican ingredients and mini demos of margarita making and masa tortilla crafting🍹🌽

Huge shoutout to our drinks sponsors Batched for their classic marg and spicy pineapple & chili marg that kept the vibes going high! Big thanks to Voyage Water for keeping us hydrated between sips.
