This morning’s mystery 😅
Bodi arrived at the shop and saw water everywhere.
He thought we forgot to clean last night…
Then he opened the lid of the pot and realized:
150 liters of soup had escaped! 🍲💨
Good news: he saved 5 buckets.
Bad news: We closed for dinner today and Sunday dinner
Another good new: We open lunch , Sunday 15th March

Have you tried this special cut of beef - Brisket point end with the yellow fat - called Gầu in Vietnamese. We normally offer this cut for Vietnamese customers. It’s slightly crunchy, not fatty taste. Just asked Bodi extra Gầu if you like to tried this part for only $5. Limited portions.

We miss you all… but honestly, we miss a bowl of our pho just a tiny bit more.

The pot will be turn on tomorrow, and we’re excited to serve you a fresh bowl of Pho on Thursday, 22/1/2026, following our normal trading hours:

Thursday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday
Lunch: 11:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Dinner: 5:00 PM – 8:30 PM

We can’t wait to see you again. It feels just like our very first opening day – we’re not sure how busy it will be, but we’re so excited!

Please note: we’re only cooking half a pot to start, so come early if you’re craving our pho.
