Last month, four iconic kiwi chefs came together at .nz to showcase different ways of serving Greenstone Creek Beef.

This beef is only served in 15 restaurants across the country and represents the highest quality meat. We reckon chefs - Mat McLean of Palate; Jude Messenger of the Bistro, Taupo; Michael Meredith of Mr Morris, Auckland and Hayden McMillan of Floriditas, Wellington - knocked it out of the park.

We were thrilled to offer the accompanying wines for each dish, including;
🍷 Domaine Muré Calcaires Jaunes Riesling, Alsace
🍷 Chateau Bel Esprit Rosé, Provence
🍷 Grasshopper Rock Central Otago Pinot Noir
🍷 De Martino Estate Carmenere, Chile

A couple of weeks ago now, we were utterly thrilled to be invited along as partners of the Michelin guide.

It was a rallying evening, that bolstered the industry and gave deserved recognition to some truly world class chefs and restaurateurs.

An enormous congratulations to all who received a mention, a bib, or a star. For so many it was the culmination of years of extremely hard work, brutal hours and dedicated commitment to the craft. A very powerful validation that could be felt in the atmosphere.

And a shout out to all the other eateries and restaurants in other towns and cities that didn’t get in the line-up, we know there are some world class gems hidden in the corners around this lovely country who are crafting absolutely delicious meals - stars or not!

Plaques are going up! We're beyond proud of all our customers who are still riding the wave of Michelin buzz. Nigel stopped in at Kingi last week, where they were getting their staff to sign the back of the new red prize. Awesome to see!
