Our Dark Chocolate & Passion Fruit Gateaux is a work of art. With it's brand new look this is definitely a staff favourite! 😍🎂

Our new look desserts will be leaving the kitchen from 1st February - keep an eye out for them! This is a delicious daquoise (almond sponge cake) layered with passion fruit jelly and dark chocolate mousse. Covered in decadent dark chocolate, and finished with hand piped Chantilly cream, and passion fruit glaze.
