🌯 PANEER KATHI ROLL 🌯

Crispy paratha, delicious paneer, crunchy veggies and a creamy green chutney-yoghurt dressing — this Paneer Kathi Roll is an easy, flavour-packed meal everyone will love! 😋

🛒 INGREDIENTS

• 200g Kashish Paneer, cubed
• 3–4 Kawan Parathas
• 1 tsp Shan Chaat Masala
• 1 onion, finely sliced
• 1 green capsicum, finely sliced
• 2 tbsp Kashish Green Chutney
• ½ cup Kashish Yoghurt
• 2 tbsp Kashish Ghee

👩‍🍳 METHOD

1. Cook the paneer
Heat Kashish Ghee in a pan. Add the cubed paneer and sauté until lightly golden. Remove and set aside.

2. Cook the parathas
Cook the Kawan Parathas on a hot pan until crispy and golden on both sides.

3. Make the dressing
In a bowl, mix Kashish Green Chutney and Kashish Yoghurt until smooth and creamy. Set aside.

4. Assemble the rolls
Place a crispy paratha on a plate. Add the sautéed paneer, sliced onions and capsicum. Drizzle generously with the yoghurt and green chutney dressing.

Sprinkle with Shan Chaat Masala, roll it up and serve hot! 🌯✨

And that’s it — your homemade Paneer Kathi Roll is ready! 💚

It was truly an honour for Kashish Ingredients, in partnership with Cordis, to be part of such a prestigious evening. Over the past few weeks, our team poured immense time, thought, and passion into designing and curating a menu that would do justice to the occasion.

On this fine night of glitter and glamour, surrounded by elegance at every corner, we had the privilege of serving the President of India along with other esteemed and reputed guests. Every dish on the menu was crafted using 100% pure Kashish products — a true reflection of our commitment to quality, authenticity, and excellence.
