Twofold Bistro Brewery is a modern craft brewery in the heart of Parnell that offers a full bar and restaurant with an all-day menu.

We have an outdoor seating area out front, and a small b**r garden in Heard Park.

This Halloween we bring an IPA to the taps made with very special alongside our friends + 🥳

These particular hops were plucked from the Eggers olive garden under the New Moon 🌚 in autumn then used in three different b**rs, brewed to coincide with the last Full Moon 🌕, each is an expression of the this legendary Moutere farm at its best.

We're throwing a party to celebrate this triple b**r launch, starting at 12pm on Saturday 31 October and featuring:

🎟️ Terranean Punch Card: Buy a card for all 3 b**rs, and once completed submit your card in the draw for a $100 Twofold Voucher
👻 Trick or Treat @ the Bar: $15 per entry - you may get a 1L Boot of L***r, a shot of Fireball, a Margarita, or a non-alcoholic Mango Margarita (which is still kinda winning)

Walk-ins welcome. Dress-ups welcome.

Twofold Quiz Night is back on track and taking place every Tuesday @ 7pm (yes that’s tonight 🧠 Hosted by quizhausnz, get your mates together for an evening of general knowledge, good b**r, and the satisfaction of proving you know more than the people at the next table.

There'll be a spot prize on the night and a $100 Bar Tab for the winning team, and $30 for 2nd.

Fuel up with our $30 burger & b**r combo to keep your mind & body in fighting shape for what is sure to be a competitive night.

There’s something magical about a freshly handpulled pint. The cascading effect of the bubbles working their way through the b**r, all to settle at the end with a nice creamy cap of foam, purely for your enjoyment. And if there is that much satisfaction that can come from looking at a b**r, imagine how good it must be to drink it.

Our latest release Alberon ESB is brewed with a blend of premium English malts and pours a lovely deep gold colour, reminiscent of a certain famous London ESB.

Traditional Kentish hops give Alberon its distinctly earthy, spicy and tweedy character, making this a proper English-style ESB: malt-forward and hoppy, with that little bit extra that comes from the blood, sweat and love we have for handpull b**rs.

Today we bid adieu to Alexis, who has been so much more than a Head Chef to Twofold. We've learned so much from him about b**r, w**e, food, pairings, ingredients, words, flavours, words to describe flavours, being a leader, running a kitchen, and to put it bluntly, being blunt.

We wish him well as he explores opportunities across the ditch! Merci Chef 🍻

This Sunday for Fathers Day we’re bringing back our St Louis style ribs, served over a bed of hand-cut tallow fries 🤤

🍺 b**r match: Primary L***r or Lug Lift Porter - these are very different b**rs and each complements the ribs in different ways. We’re not going to stop you from trying both.

We’re slow cooking a limited amount of these and will be serving till they’re gone 🍻

Free Brewery Tours for Dad 🤗

Is there a better way to spend Father’s Day then by taking your dad to a brewery and letting him ask the brewer about what valves do what, what pipes go where, and yammer on about how b**r used to taste back in the day?

You can make his dreams come true this Father’s Day with our Buy One, Get One Brewery tours when you bring your dad! We are a small brewery so spaces are very limited, and we will be running tours at 1 pm and 3 pm🍻

The tour lasts about 1 hour and includes a guided tasting with our Owner and Head Brewer Bernard 🧠

This might be the best Tuesday ever - Tuesday Pils is back 💥

This latest edition of this 🏅 medal winning b**r uses an all-American lineup of Citra, Mosaic and Columbus Cryo hops, brewed on an ever-crushable l***r base of Pilsner malt. Pine needles and orange pith, bruised peach and that cool, fresh aroma of the fruit & vege aisle. Bright, snappy and properly refreshing.
