Arapawa Sheep Stud Our sheep are registered with the Rare Breed’s Conservation Society of NZ. They are very easy care and are less prone to foot rot and fly strike.

Arapawa’s are a feral breed or sheep descending from Arapawa Island in the Marlborough Sounds. They lamb easily making them a great sheep for lifestyle block owners. We have various stock for sale throughout the year, and lambs available upon weaning. Also can source breeding groups.
