Dear Valued Customers,
We would like to let you know in advance that Bai’s BBQ and Grill’s regular trading hours (5pm–8pm) will come to an end in October 2025. This means that September will be our last month of normal trading.
As a family-owned and operated business, we’ve had to reassess our goals and priorities. Don’t worry, we are not going anywhere! We’ll just be changing the system to a pre-order basis.
𝑯𝒐𝒘 𝒊𝒕 𝒘𝒊𝒍𝒍 𝒘𝒐𝒓𝒌:
• Each week, we will announce the days when pre-orders are open. Collection will still be Thursday or Friday from 5pm to 6:30pm.
• There is 𝑵𝒐 𝒎𝒊𝒏𝒊𝒎𝒖𝒎 𝒐𝒓𝒅𝒆𝒓 𝒓𝒆𝒒𝒖𝒊𝒓𝒆𝒅, as long as it falls on the announced date.
• Got a big craving? 𝙁𝙤𝙧 𝙤𝙧𝙙𝙚𝙧𝙨 𝙤𝙛 $150 𝙤𝙧 𝙢𝙤𝙧𝙚, 𝙮𝙤𝙪 𝙘𝙖𝙣 𝙥𝙧𝙚-𝙤𝙧𝙙𝙚𝙧 𝙖𝙣𝙮 𝙙𝙖𝙮 you like.
This was not an easy decision to make, but we believe it is the best way forward for our whānau and our business. We truly hope to continue seeing your familiar faces and to keep serving you the food you love.
