Meet our family of buns! We pride ourselves on using quality ingredients only, made fresh daily (many of our products are handmade too)! From the highest grade flour available to real pork tenderloin chunks in our bbq pork and cantonese pork buns.

We also make a line of desserts: red bean buns and custard buns (with real in-house made custard from NZ free-range eggs).

Our specialty Soup Dumplings have real soup inside made from the best cuts of meat and our ancient secret recipes that bring a strong aromatic, deep and complex flavour to the broth inside.

We are Kai Sum, we provide Yum Cha for your home! Locally owned and operated from our factory in Lower Hutt, Wellington.
