What could be better than sharing a meal with great company, home-cooked food, and a nice bottle of wine?
pasta with aged cheese and salads paired with Sato L'aptipique Riesling 2022.
This orange wine, made from Riesling grapes, is a rare find, especially in NZ. There's also a Pinot Gris version available.
The wine offers light, candied fruit notes and an aged Comte-like aroma from the yeast, complementing both the salad and pasta perfectly.
RRP $50 NZD.
The 2022 vintage is sold out, but you might be able to find some 2023 bottles around.
