We were lucky to host Dom from Forager Wine at Point Chev Organic Wines today .

Forager is a small boutique producer from North Canterbury, focused on handcrafted Pinot Noir and Chardonnay made with a minimal intervention philosophy — wild vineyard fermentations, hand-picked fruit, no fining or filtration, and gentle oak ageing to let the vineyard truly speak.

Their wines come from limestone-rich hillside vineyards in Waiau, North Canterbury, a region becoming known for elegant, savoury and expressive Pinot Noir.

We tasted:
