We are a family-run business specialising in producing fresh strawberries for NZ supermarkets since the 1970’s. We are home to the ZAKBERRY brand and have specialised in growing only strawberries for over 40 years, so we know a thing or two about how to grow to the highest standards.

Available this weekend (4 - 5 July 2026), plus the next two after that, Saturday and Sunday, 9am to 12pm at 131 Waitakere Road. Only $2 per bag!!!
Each bag is one metre in length and holds approximately 22 litres of volume.
Plus, some bags have free strawberry plants too!!!
Accepting cash or bank transfer as payment only.

That’s now an end to our 2025/2026 season 🍓. We now begin the work to get ready for the next one 🚜. We also just wanted to take this time to thank everyone, from the staff that worked on our farms, to those that visited us for our second grade strawberries and pick your own offerings. LAST PICK YOUR OWN OPPORTUNITY!
We will open up our 125 Waitakere Road strawberry fields for one last time, and the weather gods appears to be kinder to us too. Open Saturday and Sunday, 9am to 3pm. Free to enter and sample, and $10 per kg you take away with you. Please bring your own picking containers too.
Our ice cream store will be open as well.

Unfortunately we have had to end our season early, and close our Nelson Rd farm but the silver lining is that we will open up our farm at 125 Waitakere Road for pick your own in the fields. We will open Saturday, Sunday and Monday, 9am to 3pm. Free to enter and sample, and $10 per kg you pick and take home with you. Please bring your own containers. Our ice cream shop will be open too. We have decided to close our strawberry farm at 125 Nelson Road, Taupaki for farm maintenance work and it will re-open on Saturday 24 January 2026 for pick your own. The farm at 125 Waitakere Road will still be open 9am to 1pm weekdays selling our famous $2 seconds trays.
