There should be some kind of reward for making it through Monday.

We're proposing toasted Kaiser rolls loaded with Tender & Smoky Apple BBQ Pulled Pork, crunchy slaw, pickles and plenty of sauce. Made with boneless pork, seasoned with aromatic spices and marinated in a smoky apple sauce, it's slow cooked for tenderness and full of flavour. And the best bit? Spring's here, but we're not quite ready to start pretending salad is dinner. Our Tender & Saucy Bourbon Beef Brisket is slow cooked for tenderness and made for piling into a soft burger bun with melted cheese, crispy fries and plenty of saucy brisket.
