羅老師出身南台灣高雄鄉下，從小到高中畢業只能吃到鄉下傳統食物。羅老師2007年開始學蛋糕、烹飪，但思鄉情切，身在紐西蘭想要吃到台灣故鄉的美食真不容易，羅老師思考很多人深有同感，所以分享台灣的美食給大家 ! Our mission is to provide hand-made food without harmful chemicals. All our food product are hand- made and not by the machine. We insist healthy quality so don’t put any preservative. We make fresh food when customers place the order. Choice Taiwan Cuisine puts a unique twist on food. With our infusion of the sweet and savory, you're sure to find a dish that you'll love. We start with only the freshest ingredients to make delicious melodies of tastes and colors that are sure to delight the senses. Renowned Executive Chef Enaster Lo creates her own style of Taiwan cuisine. We have a unique taste that must be experienced, you'll return again and again and find something new with every visit. Enaster Lo is originated from the country side of Kaohsiung city in south Taiwan. She could only eat traditional food from the country side since her childhood until graduated from high school. Enaster Lo starts to learn making cakes and culinary arts since 2007. However, she misses her hometown and realizes that is not convenient to eat Taiwan hometown cuisine in New Zealand. Enaster Lo thinks many people feel the same so shares Taiwan cuisine to everyone !
