Sadly we have just found out that laybuy has gone into receivership. One of the many companies that facilitates the Buy Now Pay Later model, we chose Laybuy as they are NZ owned and we support NZ companies if possible. When you pay with Laybuy, we send your item to you straight away, and Laybuy pays us out every few days for all of the Laybuy orders we’ve received. However, they haven’t paid retailers out since 12th June and are now extremely unlikely to pay the balance of what they owe.

We have suspended Laybuy as a payment option from now. We are also unable to process any refunds on online orders which were paid with via Laybuy. If you need to return something from an order and you paid by Laybuy please email us to work out how to proceed. Thank you for your understanding.
