We carry out property maintenance for a number of large reputable rental companies and investors in South Auckland. From minor building/renovation works, plaster/painting, Healthy Homes compliance work, property clear outs etc.

The work will entail the following:

Gutter Clearing & Cleaning
House Washes & Waterblasting
Lawn Mowing
Rubbish removals including debris removal under homes
Minor tree pruning / Hedge trimming / Garden work

With this position, no two days are the same. It will require someone with experience in the industry, common sense and self motivation are a must. You will also need to be physically fit and competent at driving a vehicle with a trailer attached.

Will need to pass pre-employment and random drug testing.

Vehicle will be provided to get to jobs.

Immediate start and pay rate will vary depending on the position and experience.

Applicants for this position should have NZ residency or a valid NZ work visa and hold a current full license.

We carry out property maintenance for a number of large reputable rental companies and investors in South Auckland.

From minor building/renovation works, plaster/painting, Healthy Homes compliance work.

With this position, no two days are the same. It will require someone with experience in the building industry, common sense and self motivation are a must.

Vehicle will be provided, your own tools must be supplied.

Immediate start and pay rate will vary dependant on references and experience.
