一個好有老澳門茶餐廳味道嘅經典 🇲🇴
嚤囉雞最迷人就係嗰個金黃色嚤囉汁，咖喱香料味溫和而濃郁，帶住柔和椰香，香而唔辣、濃而唔膩，仲有少少甜香，撈黃薑飯特別正。

原隻大雞腿焗至金黃，肉嫩多汁，配上粒粒分明嘅黃薑香飯，再加火腿絲、蛋絲、提子乾。鹹香之中有一點果甜，最後淋上幼滑嚤囉汁，成個味道好有澳門昔日茶餐廳嘅特色。

A nostalgic Macau café classic 🇲🇴
The signature golden Moro sauce is gently spiced with aromatic curry and turmeric, rounded with a delicate coconut richness. Fragrant rather than spicy, creamy without being heavy, with a subtle sweetness that pairs beautifully with turmeric rice.

A whole roasted chicken leg is served with fragrant golden rice, topped with shredded ham, egg and raisins. Savoury, lightly sweet and wonderfully aromatic, finished with that silky golden Moro sauce.
