Join us for an evening of fine w**e, great company and a first taste of the latest vintage releases from Mt Difficulty.

Hosted by W**emaker Greg Lane, the evening will include canapés and drinks upon arrival followed by three courses thoughtfully created by Chef Stacia Andani, paired with Mt Difficulty new release w**es.

Begin with delicate seared scallops and yuzu, followed by Southland venison with seasonal vegetables and jus. To finish, a vibrant passionate semifreddo is paired with coconut granita and brown sugar for a fresh, summery finale.

W**es on the evening will include the new releases of Mt Difficulty Bannockburn Chenin Blanc, Chardonnay, Pinot Gris, Riesling and Pinot Noir.

$160 per person for canapés and three courses with paired w**es.

Chef Stacia Andani has created a refined three-course menu to complement the new release w**es, beginning with delicate seared scallops and yuzu, followed by Southland venison with seasonal vegetables and jus. On the night we’ll be pouring new releases of Mt Difficulty Bannockburn Chenin Blanc, Chardonnay, Pinot Gris, Riesling and Pinot Noir. W**emaker Greg Lane will talk through each of these exciting new w**es.
