Every great flock needs a great shepherd. 🐑
Keeping watch over our Babydoll sheep is one of the most important jobs on the farm. Together, they play a small but meaningful role in our regenerative farming journey, helping us care for the land that gives life to our wines.
Just another day on our sacred earth.

A milestone moment. The smile says it all. Giannis has bottled the Slapjack Block Pinot Noir 2025.

Born from the first vines planted in Bannockburn in 1991 and shaped by the clay soils of this special place, Slapjack is always the last wine we bottle.

As the successor to the 2024 vintage that earned a perfect 100 points, the next chapter of Slapjack now begins. Look out for its release in the coming months. 🍷

The days are shorter, the nights are colder, the fires are lit... In other words, it's Pinot Noir season. 🍷 🍂

From the sandy soils of Mysterious Diggings, our highest altitude site, to the clay and schist and quartz soils found at our Estate, every glass of Terra Sancta Pinot Noir tells a story of Bannockburn.

Sunrise over Sarah's Block on the last day of picking. Our largest block, it's 1995 planted Pinot Noir and a major contributor to Terra Sancta Estate Rosé. Thanks to another of our vineyard photographers, Chelsea, for capturing this moment. ☀️

Bird lasers pierce early morning fog as we prepare for harvest. These are not harmful to birds (even though they look like something from Star Wars). They are humane, silent deterrents that project sweeping beams of green light to frighten birds away without hurting them.
This little bit of Bannockburn magic was captured by team member Andrew. 📸

Finally. Harvest 2026, which started later than ever and seemed to last forever, is complete.

To mark the occasion, a final team pick of Lagrein (destined for ‘The Italian’) was followed by a long lunch and Terra Sancta wines from vintages past.

Thank you to our wonderful team who navigated wind, frost, fog, sun, lack of sun, and everything else this season threw at us — with care and determination.

The vines can rest. The work continues in the winery…
