Golden, flaky pastry wrapped around our lamb & roast onion sausage meat 🤌

James mixed our sausage meat with breadcrumbs, softened onion and feta 🥣 then rolled it into flaky pastry, scored the tops and baked until perfectly golden 🥮

Served with a fresh feta salad 🥗 and cucumber & mint raita for a slightly fancy touch 😉
(Raita = Greek yoghurt, cucumber, mint, garlic & lemon juice.)

Simple ingredients. Proper flavour.

Disclaimer: Background artistically faded so you didn’t have to admire the washing drying by the fire 😂
