For one special winter evening, Hans Herzog presents five remarkable wines inspired by five iconic wine-growing countries, all organically grown from a single vineyard and crafted in small batches.
From Italy to Georgia, each wine tells its own story, thoughtfully paired with a soulful multi-course menu by Ed and the Oak & Ivy kitchen.

An intimate evening of distinctive wines, generous conversation and long tables shared over winter.

Viognier, Marsanne and Roussanne, late ripening white grape varieties. Three weeks after we picked our Chardonnay. Outstanding fruit for the mighty Mistral 🌬️🥰🍇✂️ off to natural fermentation and barrel maturation for 18 months. Cheers, 🤩🐣
