This stunning Ellen Marie single vineyard Pinot Noir by La Kush Winery. Full body, hand made Pinot Noir, hand picked, hand destemmed and crushed before being hand pressed in a old fashioned hand crank basket press (ensures no over pressing and resultant bitter notes) then 18 months in French and Hungarian Oak before being gently vacuum bottled under inert gas to protect the aromas and flavors. Labels are then applied by hand and bottles recycled where possible. No additional preservatives added.
