We heard you loud and clear… apparently one flavour just isn’t enough 😅

So, we’re proud to announce we’re releasing FIVE brand new flavours to suit absolutely everyone’s taste:

- Old School Creaming Soda Gin (for the sweet tooth)
- Extra Spicy Chilli Citrus Gin (for the brave)
- Smoked Bacon & Maple Gin (breakfast, but make it classy)
- Pickle, Jalapeño and Seaweed Gin (don’t knock it till you try it…)
- Tripe, Kawakawa and Hot Honey Gin (for the adventurer)

Bluff Distillery is the first Southland Based company to achieve this certification and one of only 175 entities in New Zealand.

From our home in the Great South to bars and restaurants around the country, G&T o’clock at home and the judging tables in San Fran, London and Adelaide, 2025 has been a year of milestones, momentum and bloody good moments we’re incredibly proud of.

From international recognition on the world stage to new markets explored, new conversations and countless tastings along the way, this year has seen our distillery on the edge of the world continue to grow from an idea into something very real.

Awards are always humbling, but it’s the people, places and pours behind them that matter most — the bartenders, retailers, supporters and friends who have backed what we’re building and shared it with theirs.

Thank you to everyone who stocked it, poured it, gifted it, judged it, and believed in it. We’re proud of how far Bluff has travelled and even more excited about what’s over the next swell.
