My name is “Little Shaggery Farm” and I am excited to announce that I have recently been welcomed to a wonderful new family who live and breathe a natural and organic lifestyle, it was meant to be. With the family being passionate about healthy, natural food grown slowly and carefully within symbiosis of the land, I was a natural fit. Luke and Rozmeri, along with their two children Cooper and Mati

lda packed up their belongings and headed out to the community of Mouteka, to be with me! Luke holds a Diploma in Organic Farming, Rozmeri a Batchelor of Arts degree (Hons), Cooper a sharp eye for a ripe apple (or three) and Matilda who has the ability to recognise an amazing juice, of course produced from the orchard at Little Shaggery! Our produce is healthy, of outstanding quality, and organically grown within the guidelines of New Zealand’s BioGro Standards. We grow the fruit and the nuts for you, we squeeze the juice and dry the fruit all on our orchard too. We bottle it up and load the truck, we deliver to the shops, direct at the farmer’s markets and online for those who wish to shop from home in their pyjamas. I have been raised on the property in the best of hands, Mr Dieter Proebst, a master of lands. He holds a degree in Forestry and a Diploma in permaculture Design, he raised me to be organic, delicious and pretty darn fine. I would like to thank my previous owner for the love and passion that he put into me, his hard work guided me exactly where Mother Nature intended I be. As you can see we are all about family, we open our doors as we welcome you to our new farm, me, Little Shaggery. Our doors are always open, we have nothing to hide, come say hello or stay the night and lose yourself in our 25 hectares of beautiful grounds. For visits after 5pm just give us a call, we can pop a brew on for you with no worries at all.
