That presale was WILD! It was mostly all over just 6 minutes.
So very grateful for every single order, especially the repeat customers from last season (I see you all 😘) and I can’t wait to get into the glorious task of digging and dividing over winter. The plants are still looking lush, no heavy frost here yet…some still determined to keep pushing out new buds 🥴

I am so excited to announce our
dahlia tuber presale Thursday 14th May at 7:30pm on the website.
Browse our collection of dahlia tuber varieties and make your wish lists. This is a presale of tuber varieties that we have some experience with and can predict how they will divide and store, however tuber numbers are allocated very conservatively. More varieties will be added to our main tuber sale in spring.
We are a boutique grower so quantities are limited. Items in your cart are not safe or guaranteed until after purchase is complete. Shipping is all over New Zealand and the tubers will be sent out in September ready for spring planting.

One of my season favourites (OK I say that a lot 😁). Starts darker and wow she opens to the most glorious ombre ruffles. She hardly looks real, but no AI here

No frosts yet here in the Waikato. The dahlia plants are still green and lush and it’s time for all their energy to go into making nice plump tubers underground. Collected all the remaining seed heads to finish drying inside. Just the seedling patches are left now with their final few flowers. Bittersweet time of year 🥹
