One of our epic team members has landed their dream opportunity (how good!), so we’re on the hunt for an equally good bugger/buggeress to step into our Herd Manager role.
We’re just out of Cambridge on what we’d argue is one of the nicest farms around. To be honest, it’s a bit like working in a park. We take pride in the place, the cows and the gear - and everyone does their bit to keep it that way.
Our culture is pretty simple: do it once, do it right. If you’re “she’ll be right”, or “near enough”, we’re probably not your people. We work smart, keep standards high, and get home on time. We’d rather spend five extra minutes doing it properly than an hour fixing it later.
You’ll be joining an all-Kiwi crew that enjoys a bit of banter, backs each other up, and genuinely cares about doing a top-notch job. No drama. No cutting corners. Just good people working together on a farm they’re proud of.
