In Loving Memory of Dave Paul

It is with great sadness that we share the passing of our dear friend and loyal customer, Dave Paul, on 26 May 2026.

Dave was much more than a customer to us at The Bikery Café. He was a devoted family man, a talented craftsman, and a genuinely kind soul who always had time for a chat, a smile, or a piece of thoughtful advice. Over the years, many of the beautiful woodcraft items he lovingly created were displayed and sold in our café, and we know many of our customers will have a special piece of his work in their homes.

Dave’s honesty, generosity, and willingness to help others will always be remembered. Whether it was offering practical advice, sharing stories, or simply stopping by for a coffee, he became a valued part of The Bikery family.

Our hearts go out to Dave’s wife, family, friends, and all who knew and loved him. We hope you find strength, comfort, and support in the many wonderful memories he leaves behind.

Thank you, Dave, for your friendship, your craftsmanship, and the positive impact you had on so many lives. Your legacy will live on through your beautiful work and in the hearts of those who were fortunate enough to know you.

Rest in Peace, Dave. You will be deeply missed but never forgotten. ❤️

We’re proud to support the Cambridge Velodrome’s Annual Battle of the Schools, with over 185 students from more than 25 schools taking part this year.

It’s fantastic to see so many young people stepping outside their comfort zones, building confidence, learning new skills, and enjoying the sport of cycling in a world-class facility right here in Cambridge.

As a proud sponsor and the café based at the Velodrome, The Bikery Café wishes all riders the very best for their training and race day on 21 June. We can’t wait to cheer you on!
