Hey soup lovers! Hope everyone has had a lovely break and staying safe amidst this wild summer weather.

We have been a little quiet here while moving to a new home and taking some time off. Will begin re stocking all flavours soon ❣️

Currently focusing on label requirements and preparing the new kitchen for my first audit! Plan to be back at the farmers markets after Easter 🐣 so in the mean time if you would like to place an order dm me 🙌

Spot light this week is on the Cauliflower + Leek + Red Kumara w/ Turmeric + Coconut cream + Spinach 😍

I think this is the fan favourite! And no wonder

This soup is a play on a traditional Potato and Leek soup. Instead of bland potato I use Kumara for its superior nutritional value and sweet flavour. Organic crushed garlic instead of onion so a bit gentler on tummies.

This beauty gets its lovely green colour from the whole bag of Spinach in each batch! It also has nutritional yeast to give it a slightly cheesy taste without the cheese and all the b12 goodness 🧡

As always Vegan, gluten free, dairy free and good for the soul!

Sometimes I get a bit weird on it and I will add avocado on top of the orange kumara soup. I know it seems strange but trust me..
With the walnuts and h**p seeds and olive oil (almost a table spoon per soup) this baby is a power house of omega 3s which are so crucial for women in balancing hormones. Not to mention skin health.

This will be the only hot flavour on tomorrow so get in quick! I have focused on making more frozen / chilled soup this week so now is good to stock up 🙏
